What are the delivery times for furniture?
Furniture that we have in our warehouses can be picked up from our showrooms on the same day as the order or we can deliver it. In Lithuania, we deliver within a period of 1 to 10 business days – prior to this, we will contact you and inform you about the preliminary delivery date. Furniture that is ordered directly from manufacturer warehouses is delivered within the period specified in the product description.
What warranty is provided for the furniture?
We provide a two-year warranty for all furniture. In case of defects due to manufacturing faults, in exceptional cases, we can repair them ourselves, replace them with an identical or equivalent-value piece of furniture, or refund the purchase price for the defective item. In exceptional cases, we need to obtain conclusions from the furniture manufacturers to ensure that it is a factory defect and not due to incorrect assembly or usage.
What methods can be used for payment for furniture?
You can pay for furniture via electronic banking services or bank transfer. You can also make a purchase on an installment plan through leasing or pay in cash upon furniture delivery.
What are the delivery charges for furniture?
The delivery charge to the address specified by the customer in Kaunas is 20 euros, while in all other locations in Lithuania, it is 30 euros. For residents of Curonian Spit, prices are negotiated individually. Depending on the chosen payment method, delivery charges are paid at the time of purchase in the online store or in cash to the driver at the time of delivery.
Is furniture assembly service provided?
We do not provide this service; however, in Kaunas and Klaipėda, we can recommend reliable furniture assemblers upon request.
